Good day everyone
I am trying to place all cells within a library in a single placement, but I can not see if it is even possible. I believe I saw someone once enter the entire content of the cell library in a array format and displaying each individual cell in a single entry, but I can not seem to remember who or where I saw it being done.
Can anyone help me with this?
Thank you
I apologize for not being specific, but I am working with Bentley Microstation v8i Select Series 4
the place cell index is in SS4 as well.

For some reason it is not doing it, and I may have to look in to the variables to see where may be a conflict with the content. I will follow up once I get anywhere. Thank you for your time Tim Hickman
I have never been able to get this to work as expected in V8i, that's why we use Cellutilities ( Cellutil.ma) from the resources forum
I have downloaded and posted it here for you for V8i only...
CellUtilities.zip
the html file is the instructions .. there is a delete function DONT use it. This will delete cells and or cell library from network drive
It makes nice dgn of all you cells placed into the active dgn to look like a book you can even batch print them to single multipage pdf and send around your std libraries to all company users and can see what each cell looks like and is called, you an even make lists from the mdl to csv or text this will help reduce duplication and help to standardise your cells...

Hi Lorys and thank you for your time. I am not sure, how could I do to run it. Can you point me to where I can find the information to get my Microstation to run the CellUtilities tool?
Unzip save contents in any folder you want I like to have c:\xtraMDLS or you can just put it where you have mdlapps
C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\MicroStation V8i (SELECTseries)\MicroStation\mdlsys\asneeded or where your cfg points to extra mdls
then first thing you do is OPEN & READ the HTML file inside the zip it describes how to run it and steps before you run it...
Remember all mdls can be run from key in MDL LOAD and enter will bring up browse to the mdl by its name
