[Microstation Connect Edition] Problems with "Saved Batch Conversion Job from the System Command Line"

Hello,
I created a batch convert job file,which merges between a file and its references.
Using it from the Micorstation environment it works correctly, if instead I try to use a Run a Saved Batch Conversion Job from the System Command Line
"msbatch batchconvert C:\Users\montella\Desktop\BCNV\CONVERT_TO_3D_MERGE_TEMPLATE_CE.BCNV"
it doesn't work, nothing happens.

If I try to do the same thing in V8i it works ...

Can someone help me ?

It would probably depend on the workflow you've recorded for this operation. Is it possible for you to supply the BCNV job files along with some examples. We can then try to confirm any issues with this same operation in CONNECT Edition and raise a Defect if required.

BCNV.rar

In this .rar file there is the batchconvert called "CONVERT_TO_3D_MERGE_TEMPLATE_CE.BCNV", 
then there are two folders: 
Source in which there is the 6298gap05.dgn file which has as reference the DisplayRules_ManualConfig.dgn file, 
and the Destination folder in which it should the output file be created.

This .BCNV file, when used in the Microstation environment works.
