Hi all,
I need to do a quite standard and common task: place a section view on a sheet with title block, for printing.
I followed this thread's solution but, in my case, it's impracticable since I need to make several sections along a river, then print a plan view with sections' names, and the print of each section with their annotations (measurements and text notes).
So, I:
How can I keep the textured appearance of the reality mesh (as well as point cloud, when I use it and reality model's file) and place it on a sheet model in scale, to be accurately dimensioned?
Please help, since I didn't find a good solution so far.
Please find here a couple of screenshots: this is the plan view of the section, and this is my section view with its dimensions.
No one can answer to this?
The following workflow may help using the 'Section Callout' tool with a pre configured Drawing Seed and setting the Visible Edges to Dynamic, Text and Dimensions could be added to Drawing or Sheet Model.

Hi Carl, thank you very much for your reply and suggestion. I'll look after it today or tomorrow.
That's what I was looking for, thanks!
I just have an issue on dimensioning: using the settings in the video, when I dimension the section in its drawing model, the measurement is not in scale. Could you please also give me a tip on this? Annotation lock is still a bit unclear to me.
One last question: can I copy section callouts along a curved path?
Thanks a lot.
One method would be to use the 'Construct Array' tool with 'Intersection Snap'
Their are may factors controlling Dimensions and Text scale, Text Style / Dimension Style / Model Annotation Scale and attaching references . There are a few wiki's relating to this a couple below for reference also review help.
