I am trying to follow "Bentley Connect Advisor>Learn>QuickStart for MicroStation CONNECT Edition for Existing Users> but got stuck at the first stage, talking about "Work Page" > "Creating the Workspace".
How do I get to "Work Page"
Assuming that you're using the latest version of MicroStation CONNECT, the first window appearing after launching MicroStation will be the "Work Page".
