Good Afternoon Everyone,
I have multiple files with the same file referenced into the sheet, "reference contains 200 saved views"
Id like to know how to swap the saved for another without having to reference all over again, this must surely exist within Microstation.?
If you open the reference dialog and double click on the reference name, it should bring up the attachment settings box. Does that allow you to select a different saved view?

Thanks Mary,
Sadly I had tried this method but didn't see any option, maybe I'm missing something, as I cant believe there isn't a way..
It would be such a helpful option for me long term if it does exist

Have you tried LMB (left mouse button) on Orientation tab to select another view?
See wiki for help.

Sounds like something Axiom would be able to help you with, if you do not want or have the time to learn VBA.
Bentley should acquire them, and add their tools to Mstn. This kind of bulking edit aka data-centric working is becoming more and more commonplace as productivity demands continue to increase.
