You did not indicate what version of MicroStation that you are running.

One suggestion is to make sure that your DTHML edit controls are properly install. Go to the following url and download these controls.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=8956

If this does not work more information will be need such as the version number of MicroStation and a screenshot showing the issue.

Regards,

Regie

RE: Microstation - Importing texts styles

As Jan asks - what is BCC?

Do you have any configured dgnlibs that contains text styles? Does nt sound like it, but is something to check.

RE: Microstation - Importing texts styles

Hi Terence,

this is forum focusing on Bentley web and Bentley cloud issues, not MicroStation, so it's not expected your question will be answered here.

I recommend to move your question to MicroStation forum. To move existing discussions, use More > Move tool under your original post (please do not duplicate the post).

Also, I recommend to read communities best practices and to edit your question accordingly to them:

Usually questions cannot be answered without knowing product and it's version exactly (to say V8 or CE is not enough)

Post screen captures, because your description is not clear: There is no Open Text dialog icon in Text Editor dialog. Do you mean Open Text Style dialog icon?

Do not use not commonly known names and abbreviations: What is BCC?

Do not ask for direct contact! This is the breaking of the community rules.

With regards,

 Jan
