  • Just had an update to the above blog...

Anything that leads with jargon-rich nonsense should raise your suspicions: The CONNECT Edition version of MicroStation enables you to take a massive leap forward with cool features such as Item Types, Sheet Index, Parametric Modeling, and many more. Have you started using powerful properties-based features like Reports, Tables, and Display Rules in your projects yet? Additionally, there are also features such as Configuration, Ribbon UI, though different are more advanced than previous MicroStation versions.

    • Massive Leap — how can a leap be massive?
    • Powerful properties-based features — can a feature, whether property-based or not, be described as powerful?
    • Features such as Configuration, Ribbon UI, are more advanced than previous MicroStation versions — some might dispute (in fact have often disputed since CONNECT was introduced) whether those features really are 'more advanced'

gets this week's booby prize for over-use of the word feature (6 mentions), closely followed by advanced (4 mentions).  However, he gains a commendation for not using paradigm.
