Hi, I am trying to apply the same level state (on/off) between two files using a saved view in OpenRoads Designer 2020R1 (which uses PowerPlatform V10.13.02.02). After importing the saved view to my second file and applying the view to a view with Levels option toggled on, level state doesn't change. If I try to apply the saved view in the first file (to test the levels state is saved) the level state changes as expected. I basically follow this guide:
https://communities.bentley.com/products/microstation/w/microstation__wiki/21546/apply-level-display-state-to-other-files
Do you know if this workflow is actually applicable to MicroStation Connect Edition?
Thanks,
Regards,
Mariusz
Hi, since there is no response so far, I was wondering if nobody is interested in using this workflow or simply it is a bug? Could Bentley crew look into this and confirm whether there is a problem or I am missing something?
OpenRoads Designer 2022 R1
Hi Mariusz,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, this should work as indicated in the link you referred. I have done some testing with this and verified with our developers that this is a bug. Defect 1094273 has been filed for this issue.
I would recommend creating and applying your saved views in individual files for now.
Regie
Thanks Regie,
Is it possible I could get notified when the defect is resolved?
Yes I will notify you when this is resolved.

This shows to be fixed in MicroStation 10.15.xx once that version is released.
