Are there any options to extract vectors from PDF using Bentley products or cloud services? There are many convertors to dwg but it is not straight forward. It would also be enough to have snap to vectors so attaching as reference would be ok.

I'm told our acad cousins have had this inbuilt since at least 2017, I started using it in acad 2019 this year... its pretty cool...
doesnt good old Descartes and IRAS B or C do this .. and are they still available products for v8i or CE platforms?.. but we should have to pay extra to have this feature .. not when acad have included it now for several years... oh well maybe CE 15 or 16 ... or a FREE select user MDL?
