Here's what is going on:
Im using microstation V8i and I also use powerdraft. From time to time, after saving a file and re-open it, some lines desapear and are no where to be found. Even by selecting everything in my drawing.
Every line comes from a merged reference to the master file.
As an example, on day 1 I merged de files, total object in the selection in around 40k elements. Next day, i re-open the files and the selection say around 30k objects. There is a lot of stuff missing.
Is there a quick way to fix that?

ok Sabastien open the active file , go to the ref manager turn on the ref can you see the missing line work?
use the ref manager to exchange to the ref file
now can you see the line work?
is the level turned of or frozen?
are these custom linestyles from a dgn lib somewhere that you dont have access to ie the inroads only has it on his machine?
are they using annotation scale or global for line styles look in model properties?
what is the scale of the custom lines look under properties of the line? I had a drg that wrong scale was set so high I had to zoom out several km to see the line between the gaps....
With out a clip of both the ref and and active its really very difficult to help you.... its just academic pot shots really ...
