Has anyone run into a problem collapsing dialog boxes to the tray? We have an SS4 user attempting to collapse say the reference dialog box or the raster dialog box and it doesn't collapse. I know we can pin them and access them by hovering, but it is not collapsing to the tray with the open microstation windows. Any ideas?

Is it happening with a fresh installation of MicroStation on a machine ?
Any recent MicroStation version upgrade or Windows OS upgrade ?
we haven't tried reinstalling Microstation for this issue. I'm sure there have been updates, but i'm not administrator, so I'm unsure which ones.
Sometimes the UPF or some files in Pref folders may have been corrupted. Try restoredefaults and see if that solves.
Restore default settings by adding “ustation.exe –restoredefaults” to MicroStation shortcut and start it. Please remove –restoredefaults after the settings are restored.
e.g. " C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\MicroStation V8i (SELECTseries)\MicroStation\ustation.exe" –restoredefaults
