In the "Update 14! What's New in MicroStation CONNECT Edition" video, there is a segment for "Copy and Edit a geography coordinate system"
See here:

However, I do not see an option to edit the coordinate systems.
The following documentation in the MicroStation CONNECT Edition (Update 14) help documentation shows how you can edit the coordinate system properties.
To Create and Edit a User Coordinate System
A copy of the selected coordinate system is pasted into the user library.

I found this help document for creating a user library:
https://docs.bentley.com/LiveContent/web/MicroStation%20Help-v16/en/GUID-AAF77C12-776B-41E7-A685-1C12EC8D3154.html
One note is that the file it is saying to copy does not exist
C:\Program Files\Bentley\MicroStation CONNECT Edition\MicroStation\seed.dty
It is actually located under
C:\Program Files\Bentley\MicroStation CONNECT Edition\MicroStation\GeoCoordinateData\
Maury, your link is broken. Can you post instructions on how to create a user library?
