RV has been a accudraw shortcut from the beginning (as far as I remember)
To rotate a view along the current orientation of the accudraw coordinates.
Use case: When elements are not oriented orthogal (along the drawing x,y,z) you want to move or stretch the element along its edges. This is easier when the elements edge is aligned with the view. Rotate Accudraw coordinatesystem (AccuDraw" RE") along an element, then rotate the view with "RV".
Currently everybody needs to introduce this Key-in: ACCUDRAW ROTATE ORIENTVIEW to the accudraw command list.
Enhancement - 982657 already filed to bring back RV as AccuDraw shortcut. You can expect this to be added in future MicroStation release.
Also, if you would like to raise the priority for this, do log a service ticket.

I don't have the authority to file a service ticket. Is there any way you could add me to the list of people asking for this one?

You can ask someone from your organization who do have access to file a Service Ticket on your behalf. Mentioning that you would like RV to be added to AccuDraw shortcut and link this to enhancement - 982657.
Hi Mary, following your activity you should. Can you not ask your account admin to allow to file service tickets?
On the other hand... I guess the Forum nowadays appears to be a good enough way to ask for and introduce enhancements etc. aka. express user requirements and demands. Why is there still the threashold of a Service ticket to contact (?the ivory tower?)
Dont get me wrong: I guess for a defect or a specific issue a user has, the a101 Service Ticket route makes still sense.
I am blessed/cursed to work for a firm that has actual IT support. All support requests go through them, and I can understand that. IT is very good and very responsive, but I hesitate to send anything to them that could be perceived as "frivolous" - requesting an "enhancement" isn't exactly the same priority as "production down". I hope at some point to earn the responsibility to file service tickets, but I am not at that level yet.
