A feature I use every now and again is the background map thru view attributes. I cannot get it to work with r14, any file. Anyone else had this issue, pretty sure it was working previously. I'm trying to use a street map (or aerial).
It works for me (10.14.00.109).
The Help entry is misleading - reference to "Show Background Map Providers" - there is only one provider; Bing
