So this is my first time using Microstation, for the 1st 10 min everything was working fine, but then after I keep having a frustrating issue. Nothing is being selected. I click smart line, and no lines show up when I try to draw, I try to delete a existing shape, it does not get selected when I click it with the mouse. I go to "button assignments" and try to click "remap buttons" and nothing pops up, as if my mouse click does nothing. This is my first time using Microstation Please help as I have an assignment due very soon that required Microstation. My version is Microstation Connect Edition.
I would go to to <Windows Start <Settings <Apps and select the Microstation installation. Then click Modify and run a repair. You may also need to find your User Preference file (user.upf) and delete that. Microstation will recreate it when you open a new file.
If those fail uninstall Microstation, reboot and reinstall Microstation.
