Always specify exactly what MicroStation version you use. There have been many (tens and tens) versions released. Simple name like MicroStation or MicroStation CE is not enough, to use full name (e.g. MicroStation CONNECT Edition Update 14) or full version (e.g. 10.14.01.109) is required.
To use standardized subject format [<product> <version>] <topic> (e.g. [MStn V8i SS10] PDF created incorrectly) makes navigation in the forum simpler.

Another important rule: Do not ask for two different things in one post! Never. It's very confusing, because it's not clear what is more important and what to be answered at first. Or the second question is lost. Just create new post for every issue you have.

Check if this is what you are looking for: You can do right click with the mouse on the point cloud in the Point Cloud Manager dialogue and select “File Name…” to redefine the path.

In addition to Maria's suggestion, check also that the Point Cloud is not locked otherwise you will not be able to rename.
