We have a X-Section Sheets that references clips of our X-sections (dgn). We were recently working form home and the references had a file path to our desktop and now we are at the office and needing all of this moved back to our internal work drive. Is there a way to fix all those references at once? In particular one file has the same file referenced over 200 times and it would be a pain to re-reference each individual clip.
The easiest way might be to define the MS_RFDIR configuration variable to point to your network drive.

if its for a specifc project consider making a project config and specify everything unique to that project pathing ie where all your refs live where all you drawing models live etc...

MS_RFDIR
MicroStation has a well-defined way to search for reference files. This Tech Note by Barry Bentley explains the search algorithm.

Mary would this be simply replacing what is defaulted as a variable or would this be in addition to??

Jon i appreciate the Tech Note from Bentley. but unfortunately the document kind of went over my head. Could i simple redefine the variable to always work, regardless if the referenced file path changes. Ie. instead of the specific file path, tell it to look in a general folder/drive location, like Mary is suggesting?
