Hi all,
Whenever I use middle mouse hold (pan drag command), focus immediately switches to Accudraw distance lock, meaning I have to hit ESC to deselect it to use shortcut keys. It's infuriating and slowing me down quite a lot.
How can I disable this behaviour so that I can pan drag and immediately use shortcut keys?
Thanks!
You can change the focus under the User Preference > Look and Feel setting by turning on / off the Auto-focus Tool Settings.

Thanks for your reply Andrew.
Unfortunately it didn't work, focus still snaps to the distance field as above immediately after pan drag.
Hi Zac,
Seems like a similar issue discussed here:

Simply using PAN drag won't shift focus to accudraw. I think you are using a command (like placement) which is bringing focus to AccuDraw.
MicroStation focus keeps on changing depending on the tools being used. Following are the function keys assigned to shift focus:
F9 - Puts focus in Key-in window if it's already open. If not, then it will open it.F10 - Puts focus in the Tool Settings dialog if it's open. If not, then it will open it.F11 - Put focus in AccuDraw if it's activated. If not, it'll start it. F12 - Takes you Home. Same as pressing ESC
