I just realized others had the same issue since Update 14. Is there a way to get a notification when the patch is available for download?
This issue has been addressed in the MicroStation 10.14.02.01 release of MicroStation.

Tabbing between tag values in the tag editor still causes crashes.

Can you provide a sample file where this occurs?
See SR#7001115610 file and description of procedure is included. It doesn't happen every single time and seems to be random. Also this was an update to 14.2 from 13.1 not a fresh install.
I have reproduced the issue and have log defect 1106003.
Issue specifically happens when tab to different tags in tag set.
I would recommend selecting each tag until this issue has been resolved.
