It&amp;nbsp;should always be visible unless you have it docked as a tab. This dialog is where you adjust the settings for nearly all of the tools in MicroStation.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I suggest that since you are a new MicroStation user, it would be worth taking the time to go through the &lt;span style="text-decoration:underline;"&gt;&lt;a href="/products/microstation/f/microstation-forum/189270/2d-basics-of-microstation-connect-edition---master-class"&gt;2D&amp;nbsp;Master Class&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/span&gt; and &lt;span style="text-decoration:underline;"&gt;&lt;a href="/products/microstation/f/microstation-forum/189271/3d-basics-of-microstation-connect-edition---master-class"&gt;3D Master Class&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/span&gt; posted at the top of the &lt;span style="text-decoration:underline;"&gt;&lt;a href="/products/microstation/f/microstation-forum"&gt;MicroStation Forum&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/span&gt;. &lt;p&gt;Before you data point to place the copy, the &lt;strong&gt;Paste from Clipboard&lt;/strong&gt; tool settings dialog will show the currently active Angle and Scale.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;At this point you should enter appropriate values in the dialog.&lt;/p&gt;
