Is there a way to open a second task panel with these tasks via keyin?

What do you mean by "second task panel"? To have the task dialog displayed twice?

MicroStation does not offer such feature.

I believe that if one loaded the AEC Workspace from the US Army Corps of Engineers that used Tasks, you could open multiple task panels. But that was a few versions and jobs ago...

I have to correct my previous answer.

It's possible to have more tasks dialogs opened, but there are some limitations:

• Only properly configured workflow can be opened in a new dialog. So I guess to duplicate standard Tasks is not possible, but of course you can create new workflow to include anything you need.
• I think the new dialog can be opened using right mouse button only, not by key-in.
