&lt;p&gt;The keyin&amp;nbsp;dx=#,#,2 will move the element 2 units in Z keeping the X and Y intact.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;it&amp;#39;s not clear whether you want to change &lt;em&gt;element elevation&lt;/em&gt;,which requires to change Z coordinates of all vertices (it&amp;#39;s your original question), or the elevation of one vertex (it&amp;#39;s seems to be your picture about).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;There are several different ways hot to do both type of modifications in MicroStation (which is typical for MicroStation, where several different ways can be used often ;-)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The crucial tool (and mandatory knowledge to be able to use MicroStation efficiently) is AccuDraw, allowing to drag (using Element selection arrow) vertex or the whole element by defined relative delta in defined direction (e.b. Z axis):&lt;/p&gt;
