Since installing Microstation to my new laptop, my Level Display dialog box comes up on the screen missing certain parts. When I move my mouse around over the box, some levels, etc appear; but it is not very functional the way it is. I have tried changing the screen resolution and that seemed to have no effect.
At first
After moving mouse around over dialog.

Which version (e.g. v10.x.y.z) of MicroStation?
What graphics card is used in your new laptop?

Microstation V8i (SELECTseries4)
Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630, I believe
I have a docking station with two additional screens, but the issue shows up on all 3 screens.

Assuming that you're using Windows 10, you may want to upgrade to MicroStation V8i SS10. It's the only version of V8i certified for Windows 10.

That's not actually true, the final versions of SS4 are also certified for Windows 10 as well. IIRC they fixed the 'black cursor' issue on earlier versions of SS4 when used on a Windows 10 system.
