Since installing Microstation to my new laptop, my Level Display dialog box comes up on the screen missing certain parts. When I move my mouse around over the box, some levels, etc appear; but it is not very functional the way it is. I have tried changing the screen resolution and that seemed to have no effect.

Currently having this same issue. I referred to the other forum and created the config variable but I'm still have the issue.

That's not actually true, the final versions of SS4 are also certified for Windows 10 as well. IIRC they fixed the 'black cursor' issue on earlier versions of SS4 when used on a Windows 10 system.
