I am trying to see if there is a list and/or chart that I can print out or refer to in order to see what keys I need to enter to obtain a specific command. So entering in 2>1 will invoke the "Place Fence" command and 3>2 invokes the "Move Element" command and so on. I was wondering if there was a page to save to my favorites to view all of these so I can burn them into my brain and know them after a period of time?
Which Product / Version are you using ?
That said Position Mapping can very from user to user depending on their Interface which may be customized. In addition the Personal Preferences 'Position Mapping' keys may be defined differently.
You could turn on 'Show Position Mapping Aids' in your preferences and do screen captures from your customized environment

Position mapping? No, I do not know of any list that has all of the possible combinations.
You can probably start learning them by focusing on the first number, the one that selects the tool box.
I don't like position mapping. I know a lot of people who do, but I was never able to burn the number combinations into my brain :-)

If you are using position mapping this is auto generated based on the groups in the ribbon or tasks dialog and your preferences. Perhaps the online documentation might help regarding position mapping.
You can also have the Keyboard Shortcuts dialog open for reference.
But the Keyboard (Accudraw) shortcuts are not related to Position Mapping in any way
