I'm new to microstation, bare with me. I'm working in connect edition. I have a sheet model that I'm dimension a model I referenced in. I'm trying to place dimensions where the extension lines are center lines. I opened the dimension style, under symbology, I changed the extension lines style to (7) center. When I dimension in the sheet model on the referenced model, the extension lines show as continuous, not center lines. If I pick anywhere other than the referenced model (empty space) the center lines show up.
If I repeat the above in select series 10, it all works, am I missing something in Connect to make the extension lines show up at center lines in connect when dimensioning a reference model?

what version of MicroStation CE was the defect filed under? I have CEU14 10.14.02.01 and it is working correctly for all model types.

You may need to get your CAD manager or IT guys involved. Every iteration of MicroStation has fixed any number of bugs (and unfortunately often introduced a few more) as well as adding functionality, speed and stability.
