MicroStation Tentative Snap Not Snapping to Endpoints
Which version of MicroStation, or other software, is this in relation to? I have tested the Tentative Snap on the end point of a line and it appears to work ok. Do you have Snap Lock turned off? Maybe if you could provide a screen capture showing what you are meaning.

I'm having the same issue. Version 10.14.02.01.
First thing to check is the Snap Mode, it must be set to KeyPoint if AccuSnap is also turned on.

Yes, AccuSnap is turned on and KeyPoint is selected. It worked fine on the previous version of Microstation that I had (v188.8.131.529). I changed computers, and the IT department downloaded the latest version. This is the first time I've used this version, and the snaps do not work. I get the yellow x icon, but when I zoom in, the points are always off by just a little. I also turned up the sensitivity to the highest level.
Yes, it must be set to keypoint, and snap divisor set to one (ky=1). Many set-ups have ky=2 which allows the end points and a midpoint to be used. Accusnap is a whole different thing. When selecting the snap mode there are 2 methods, one sets it permanently, the other sets it for one shot.
