We've recently updated to Microstation CONNECT have been having some issues with the program crashing. A lot of the time we don't even get the error messages, it could be something as simple as me touching the Ribbon and the whole program winks out. Today I am having a continuous problem simply copying and pasting my titleblocks from one file to another. I get an "Internal error: Access violation" error and a crash. I've attached a log from the last error. 4478.Exception.log
taking a quick look at the exception log it looks like you pointed MicroStation to a "W" drive. Does MicroStation have issues if you do not use this configuration (in other words - using it out of the box) ?
Also, to test the copy and paste issue - can you try using the copy tool inside of MicroStation ? Attach the file as a reference, and then copy in the titleblock (not using copy/paste, but rather the copy tool in the main toolbar or main task bar). This may help determine if the clipboard may be having issues with the data you are putting there.

The W drive is our server drive for our projects, the project file I am copying from and pasting into are both located in directories on the drive, Microstation is installed in the computer C drive, if that's what you mean by out of the box.As a workaround to the problem I did reference the file with the titleblock in it and copied (using the copy tool) from the reference file into the active file. The clipboard copy/paste is still functioning, for example I can take a portion of the elements and copy/paste, but not my whole titleblock. So there is an issue with something on being put through the clipboard, but I can't imagine what it is. This has never been an issue before with the former Microstation.
