Hi
I'm going crazy over problems with my patterns.
Here's the pattern in the cel-library: (size approx 1mm across)
Here is that pattern placed in a drawing file. On the left placed with the annotation scale of the drawing set to 1:1 and on the right set to 1:10.
The size placed in 1:10 is approx 0.1mm across and the 1:1 is 0.01. It means the pattern is 100x to small.
Here the annotation settings when placing the pattern on the right side in the image above.
And here's the settings of the pattern model:
What I'm doing wrong here?
Running OBD update 6 (Microstation update 13).

It might be the file Unit Of Resolutions (UOR) between the two files. so as a test try using the TRUE SCALE option
Ian
True scale or not, I still get the same result.
We've never touched the resolution. It comes from the seed-file delivered with the Swedish dataset. So The resolution is the same in all files.
ok - I understand
just wanted to add that as a another possible solution.

I was just about to create new ones, but notices that some of them work as expected. The first 4 in alphabetic order works fine. Even though the resolution are different in my drawing file and -cel-file.

What does this mean?
As I understand it, it IS possible for each model to have different units of resolution, so you could have some cells created "correctly" and some that were created "wrong". I've had this problem with old cell libraries before.

Guess I was to quick here. Another user tried to place the same pattern and he gets another result. Could there be something on userlevel that causes this?
