For some reason, I opened up another drawing to show someone a detail. Then I came back to my drawing and now when I try and draw a line as normal, it keeps snapping to a point I don't want as shown below. You can see where I just started a line and it wants to snap to some point far away and not relevant. Please help.
got it. It is snapping to the center of my block, which is my Sheet view area. Keep forgetting it snaps to center of blocks.

This is why I don't use multi-snaps. I just work with keypoints, then use accudraw shortcuts to activate the others when I need them. That way I don't have a any number of snaps fighting and doing something unexpected.

What snaps mode are you using and which snap modes are defined within it ie Multi-snaps. If I use Multi-Snaps I ONLY define Keypoint and Intersection. If i need others I use C (centre) and N (Nearest) or use the snap modes toolboxes for others
i For Intersection works for me too as long as accudraw and accusnap is running....another reason to only use smart line … I haven't used the plain line for years....

FYI
In Microstation its called a CELL not a block, in MicroStation a Block is like a lump of stone ie a Stone block... but you can use a generic term like titleblock
