Thank you very much, that was what I was looking for, but 2 commas, can you make a dotthe middle comma may remain
VBA is not password protected so you can edit and modify it. Maybe it uses your regional settings so shows comma in place of dot.

Did you can do it without macros?
1. Tentative snap on point you want coords
2. click in message centre box to open message centre
3. select over coords and the comma and Control C
you now have the coords in Clipboard and you can do whatever you want with them
However in V8 and V8i if you want to label a point with a leader ( arrow) and the XYZ as text on the fly and keep labelling then there is FREE mdl application ( Search in search tool top of forum) called CIVTOOLS it has that tool in it plus other handy tools...
BTW CivTools can even insert optional N an E label in front of the xy cords
