Can you toggle the visibility of named groups in your model? Using MS Connect update 13 version 10.13.00.48
I don't believe so.
You can select the elements in your Named Group, then create a Display Set from them. That leaves just the elements in your Named Group visible and turns the display of everything else off. This sounds like the exact opposite of what you want to do.
With the elements of the Named Group selected you could set the selection mode in the Element Selection tool to Invert then drag a selection box around everything. That would reverse your selection so that creating a Display Set would turn off the display of your Named Group and display everything else.

Thanks for the suggestion, however that doesn't exactly get me to what I want. I need the named groups to have the visibility controls we have with references.
Hey Bentley, FIX THIS! Why give us the ability to name and group things, but not give us the ability to toggle their visibility?

Named Groups have been around for many years. AFAIK you're the first to request visibility control beyond the existing Displayset that Rod Wing mentions.

You can fix something that is broken, but nothing is broken. You are requesting new functionality. Post your suggestion as an Idea!
