So I am wondering if it's possible to trim all lines to the mesh as the picture shows or if I have to go the intersection way and manually extend every line to the intersection point. Thankful for answers.

Try this:

Use the Extrude Mesh Volume command. With Keep Original checked, extrude the mesh far enough to enclose the ends of all of the lines.

Make copies of all the lines and change their color and weight to make them stand out from the originals.

Use Surface By Extrusion to extrude these copies well beyond the mesh volume.

Use Trim Surfaces to trim these newly extruded surfaces with the mesh volume.

Delete the mesh volume

Select all the extruded surfaces and use Drop Element to drop them to wireframe lines.

Select and delete the unwanted lines (This is the reason for the color/weight change in step 2. It makes it much easier to do this step.)

Now you should be left with the original elements and new lines trimmed to the mesh.

This video shows show the process.
