We have experienced a problem in MicroStation CONNECT (update 14) with the reference dialog. It does simply not update when you add og remove a reference. The reference is being taking on and off again, but the dialog does not update. So every time I set on a new reference I have to close the dialog and turn it on again before it's in the list of references.
We have experienced this problem two times before and here it helped updating the grahics card on the computer. But not in this case.
I have also tried to set the conf. variables for QV_DISABLE_D3D11 to bott 9, 1 and 0. And I have also tried to set QV_DISABLE_HARDWARE but none of these helped in this situation.
It's a server installation and any help is appreciated. On the same server MicroStation V8i SS10 is also installed and there is not issues with the reference dialog.

Can you remember exactly when this problem began? And is it occurring on more than one machine?

Yes, it began with installation of CONNECT update 14. It's installed on a server with dedicated graphics card.
The end users have thin clients.

Are you using Relative paths or full pathing?We had a server name change, and even though an "alias" to the old server path was added, those files linked to the old path failed to load and had to be detached and reattached.I have an outstanding defect 1104665 with exporting ITEM TYPES to synchronised offline server folders, which could be related to servers and Win10.

This issue is both for references with relative paths and with complete path. I think I will raise a SR to Bentley about this.
