I just installed Update 15 and now it seems that I can no longer open Civil 3D dwg files that previously worked fine in Update 14. Microstation spins and spins on it for a while, consuming more and more memory until all 32 GB of RAM on my computer has been consumed, at which time Microstation crashes, along with a few other applications that I had open. I tried this on 3 different drawings with the same result. All of these drawings open fine in Update 13 and 14.
Did you try a repair? https://communities.bentley.com/products/microstation/w/microstation__wiki/24375/repair-modify-uninstall-a-microstation-connect-installation
If this does not work, please provide the following:
Logs and minidumps for our review
Windows Event logs https://communities.bentley.com/products/microstation/w/microstation__wiki/50236/how-to-collect-event-logs
and System information file https://communities.bentley.com/products/microstation/w/microstation__wiki/8740/how-to-create-a-windows-system-information-file
I appreciate if you can send us also a test file (Civil 3D DWG) so we can try to reproduce issue on our side

Did you upgrade the installation or did a fresh installation (uninstall U14, delete folders to ensure nothing old is left and install U15). Asking to ensure the problem is not in corrupted installation. In another recent discussion (I guess it was in civil forum) the problem was in the upgrade. When ORD was installed from scratch, everything was fine.

Since Update 15 uses RealDWG 2021 you may need to update the Civil3D object enabler to 2021 to "override" the Microstation one?

I've tried to open some DWG files created with AutoCAD Civil 3D 2018 in MicroStation Update 15 and i did not get any crash. Please provide your files and confirm which version of Civil 3D has been used to create the DWGs that are causing problems.
