in U15 (and U14/U13) the Place Label Key-in is not recognised and I can no longer locate the tool within the customization dialogue? So I can only now invoke via the ribbon command, which I am unable to assign a custom template to???
Help still lists the key-in Place Label
An additional bug with labels is that when placing multiple labels, I have to deselect, and reselect, the relative button before each placement. Once I place a label, the tool no longer recognises the elements, until I remove relative setting and re-apply.

The tool is still available as an application command, however, I can find no way to attach a template to this and slot into the ribbon.
There is only one very vague page about Application and Custom commands in the help, which tells me I can create customised application tools, however, no detailed explanation of how to define custom settings, or how to add template customizations???
