when I set active level using Attributes toolbar, the level is set, but also dialog to choose "Recall level filter" appears. is this WAD? and I'm not able to change level of existing element using same tool - again, this "Recall level filter" appears and when I click OK, dialog closes but selected element's level is not changed ...
this "Recall level filter" dialog does not appear all the time, haven't found reason yet. anyway, it's quite annoying.
-- edit --
just to be clear, I'm using Attributes toolbar docked at the bottom edge of the screen, not Attributes group in Ribbon. using Ribbon everything works as expected
thanks
Hi Peter Tegza
Our development team has requested an example design file for them to be able to fully replicate this issue. It may also be helpful if you could provide a video capture showing the exact workflow for them. If you have any privacy concerns with sharing this on a public forum you can upload using the Secure File Upload procedure.

Andrew,
I guess I got it. try this >
open any file, check if there are more levels then the drop-down menu shows (in my case it's 16 items), now if you try set active level any of first 16, it works, but if you scroll down and choose any of other levels, then that dialog about Recall Level Filter appears.
it happens here in any file, does not matter if the levels are in active file or dgnlib, unless they are hidden and you have to scroll drop-down list to see them, this error happens.

TinyTake has a nice free software for creating short videos. Believe me, it will save you time and frustration. Bentley folks can be dense as steel. A simple term like drop down menu may mean different things to different people.

Support analysts are first line of defense for Bentley. They find workarounds even in step by step descriptions or video with instructions how not to follow the steps. For example to this date none of Bentley analysts were able to follow these clear instructions even that I created a scripts which easy shows how trivial the issue is and should be easy to fix, customers who use this software are even willing to pay for fix but nothing.
I can confirm this is happening for me too. Definitely Update 15, and using the Toolbar.
I tried this and had the same results. Anything beyond 16 triggered the Recall Level Filter.
