I am trying to import models from a cell file. When I navigate to and click the .cel file, only the Default model shows. I know the models are there, I could see them a few days ago.
If you actually open the .cel file (open as DGN), do you see all the models?

No, only what is in the image below with the path at the end.
Then it's possible that something has happened to that *.cel file. do you have any way to get a backup copy to compare?
The file sizes indicate nothing has changed in the file. Also, someone looked and the models are there. Would it have anything to do with my WorkSpace. I have been experimenting with WorkSpaces.
I did try opening MicroStation with No WorkSpace, and had the same result.
I don't know what could make your computer not see models in a DGN file, while other people can see them. As far as I know, there is nothing in a Workspace that would prevent you from seeing the models in a DGN file if they are there.
Hopefully someone with more knowledge than I can see this because I can't think of anything that would cause that behavior.
