I am trying to import models from a cell file. When I navigate to and click the .cel file, only the Default model shows. I know the models are there, I could see them a few days ago.
I don't know what could make your computer not see models in a DGN file, while other people can see them. As far as I know, there is nothing in a Workspace that would prevent you from seeing the models in a DGN file if they are there.
Hopefully someone with more knowledge than I can see this because I can't think of anything that would cause that behavior.
Can you post the file here, for others to see?Which version of the software are you currently using?

The caption to View 1 in your screenshot tells us that MicroStation is using Software Graphics. MicroStation does that when graphics hardware is inadequate and can't display properly. It's possible that a graphics problem may prevent other windows from displaying properly.
MicroStation requires a computer able to support Microsoft DirectX graphics. Check your graphics card installation: what hardware is physically installed, and what version of the graphics software driver are you using?

Jon,
I will look into your suggestions, and that seems like a good answer. However, I have been able to view the models before. Also, the other users have the same system and can see the models.

Do other users also see Software Graphics in their view captions?

That's only going to affect the display of elements in a view, has no bearing on whether models would be listed in the models dialog.
* If models other than default actually exist I can't think of anything that would prevent them from being listed...
