Good afternoon,
I have just recently updated my version of Microstation to select series 10. It installed successfully, but I couldn’t open it.
So, I have uninstalled and re-installed it several times. I have even uninstalled all the Bentley Microstation related programs using the windows uninstall tool within control panel.
The license is to date and valid.
No error messages appear. The Microstation logo appears then disappears....then nothing else happens.
I just don’t understand why it doesn’t open as it has definitely been installed. You can see in windows that it has been installed.
Any ideas?

Can you confirm if you are logged into the Bentley Connection Client. With SS10 this is a requirement.

Yes I am logged in to the connection client

Have you customised the setup in any way. If yes have you tried out of the box MicroStation to see if it works.
no, just the standard installation i.e. typical setup
Also, within the Connection Client run the Health check
