I have attached a raster image (White). When I zoom in or out, the raster appears to move as shown. I have also had an issue (maybe related) with the image disappearing when I zoom in.
What type of raster?

Is the dgn 2D or 3D?
If it is 3D, is the camera enabled in view attributes?
A tiff file was converted to a .cit.
Raster Manager, Batch Convert Output Settings: Cit [*.cit] Monochrome CCITT FAX4 Compression Click Add, Browse to file Click on TIFF file Open Conversion Runs OK
Raster Manager File Attach Raster Click the CIT fileUncheck Open Read OnlyPlace Interactively Window Opens Click Attach Enter Origin point
What happens if you attach the original TIF instead? Do you get the same behavior?
The camera is grayed out. The top of the screen says, "[2D-V8 DGN]".
