I am a 1 year MicroStation CONNECT Edition user (Version 10.13.01.01)
I am selecting my drawing using "Fence From File". It is selecting outside of the drawing elements (cyan corners). I have all my layers turned on. Any ideas why?
Also, it is not letting me select Fence in the Print window. Fence is grayed out.
It is the raster
Is there a level I could put the raster on where it would not be selected?

When you place a fence you can choose from several modes. From your comment, I guess your mode is void, because that has the effect of selecting everything outside the fence boundary.

Fence mode void doesn't make sense when printing. How would a printer be able to print everything outside the fence? Change the mode to inside when you place your fence.

It was the Mode setting.
Thanks Jon
also select maximise in the print dialog to preview and force the scale to be what the fence capture really is to you sheet edges to a piece of paper size selected you're screen capture above doesn't show you used maximise yet...
