My raster image starts turning solid white as I zoom in. The closer I zoom, the more of the image turns white. It is impossible to edit.
Not sure whether this is a duplicate discussion but it appears you have another post that looks like it is regarding the same issue.

When posting your questions you should always mention which software and version is being used.

Is it related to the use of a CIT format image as discussed in the other post?
This may be related to the graphics display on your system so it may be worth going through the following checks and ensuring you have the latest version of your graphics card driver.

I have asked the other drafters in our group. Most have seen the same problem. I have prepared a file that shows the same behavior. How do I upload a dgn?
If its more than one file we normally zip it up, then when you use the reply button , below the dialog box is Insert(down arrow) > insert image/video/file then down arrow select > File upload>browse then this lets you browse to your zip or other files and when it finds it select ok ..that's all there is to it.. so if it's not a security issue or confidential data this is the normal way we upload stuff..
We even use it to upload screen shots so we don't lose picture quality copy paste images come out very poor quality don't do it..
Hope this helps
At the bottom of the little window area where you type your reply, there is an option for "Insert". One of those choices is "Insert Image/Video/File".

The file does not contain a company drawing, but I wonder if it could have information attached not know to me that could be a security issue. Since others are having the same issue, I would bet it would be a graphics card issue or something of that nature as mentioned earlier. I would appreciate any thoughts.
Yeah, graphics card could do that. You can probably search these boards for information about graphics card specifications.
