How to show layer description on the toolbar dropdown arrow?

I updated Microstation SS4 to SS10 and the attribute toolbar now is not showing layer description as before, how do I do to show the layer description when I dropdown the arrow?

Adjust the following configuration variable. MS_LEVEL_DISPLAY_FORMAT = N(D)
