&lt;p&gt;Strange, but it explains a lot. I&amp;#39;ve seen a few posts about how the numbers don&amp;#39;t work from one or the other location,and it didn&amp;#39;t make sense why it&amp;#39;s not the same for everyone. Your explanation (while definitely unexpected) would cover all those behaviors.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Have you filed a service ticket with Bentley Support? I&amp;#39;d strongly suggest that. This might be Works As Designed, but it could also be some weird bug.
