Hallo,
today I took some time to report a problem that has been around for a long time in MicroStation Connect Edition.
If you copy a saved view, than the copied view doesn´t work, if you restore the view, while the option size and position is on.
I made a small video on this:
Hopefully this can be solved in the near future.

It seems that "copy" saved view is buggy. Trying to apply "copy" of the safe view with "Size&Ratio" option gives "error message": Attach not completed as requested.
Work around it:
1. copy save view (saved views dialog)
2. apply initial save view to the view
3. update & save "copy" of the save view
