Hi,
In Microstation CE Update 15, the Home - Attributes - Level pull-down menu looks like this:
The Lock column and the Color column (last column, sorry this was test file without many colors!) take up 25% to 40% of the dialog width. We don't do "by level" colors, so the level color column is useless to us. I think that I have locked a level twice in the last 25 years, so it's safe to say that we never lock levels, so the level lock column is useless to us.
The problem is that we can have some longer level names, especially due to optional elevations and options to the optional elevations... We can not see the full level name, because so much width of this pull-down is taken up by information that is useless to us. How can we hide the lock and color columns?
--Thanks,--Robert Arnold
You can stretch the dialog box to adjust the width of it. Grab the lower right corner of the dialog box (grab the 3 dots) and change the width of it. It will hold the same width the next time you open the pop-down list. Since the list only displays until you select the active level, the larger dialog box should not affect your working area.
How would we eliminate columns in that dialog that we don't want to see?

and why did they choose those two as the ones to show ? what about global display or plot ?
This doesn't seem very thought out. I can enable or disable the lock, but can't change the color....
