Maybe I just messed up my configuration but right now I have the same keyborad shortcut (P) for Place Smart Line, Place Line and Polygon Tools in the Placement popup.
I have reset my Preferences to default and delete the Personal.KeyboardShortcuts.xml in prefs.
I'm trying to write some CE documentation and this does not make it any sense.

This appears to be related to Position Mapping. Would you be able to provide a screen capture showing the settings you have defined for this Preference as I am seeing different options for each of these items.

I have experimented with this but also reset to default. This is the current settings.

Do you have Position Mapping turned on or are you using another method for Keyboard Shortcuts or are you using those defined in AccuDraw? Can you clarify how these are being defined?
As the image shows positional mapping are not turned on (for the moment).
To my knowledge everything is set to default.
I just did a -restoredefaults and it still display P för Place SmartLine Place Line and Polygon Tools.

I just did a training with some customers and one of then had the same problem so I guess it's not just me.
