I have a file (model) where all settings are well defined -- and a couple of similar files (models) where this is not the case.
What is your best way to copy the settings over?
Maybe you want to change a particular setting and distribute it to the rest of the files.

That's a good question. No specific tool or command that I know of. I'd say copy the 'good' model then reference and copy in any graphics from the 'bad' models.Of course depending on what's in those other models, it may not be that simple...

I would find the keyin string to get what you are looking for (IE: as=2,aa=0) and use a batch routine to run on the files.

I like to copy all the file settings I have in one file to another. Sounds weird?
Use file merge.
Make a copy of well defined DGN and then referenece and merge the file you need to apply this setting. Merge tool mostly is not recommended but in this case it should be ok.
