how to get Jador?

Firstly, it is recommended that if you have a question relating to an old post that you should create a new discussion in the community, and possibly reference that old post. This one is over 2 years old.

The version of MicroStation V8 2004 is very old and unsupported, and this "Jador" add-in application is third party software not developed by Bentley. I have googled this add-in and could only find one reference in an article online written many years ago, and the reference is quite small.
